Effective April 12, 2021, Leaseable will become Prophia.
After a trailblazing 3 years in the CRE industry, we have decided to change our name to Prophia because we have evolved and aspire to provide innovation far beyond just tenant and lease abstraction. Today, Prophia uses a proprietary balance of machine learning and human insights to bring trusted building and portfolio intelligence to commercial property owners and their stakeholders, literally from their own documents. Through the Prophia Insights platform, we are helping our customers manage buildings through their entire lifecycle - from acquisition, to operation and management, to disposition - and generate the best financial returns possible. That journey starts with comprehensive, clean and trustworthy building data - and making it accessible and useful.
Reflecting the comprehensive range of data and insights services we provide, our new name, Prophia, is derived from property and the Ancient Greek word for wisdom. As our customers’ businesses have evolved, we have grown and tailored our software and service offerings to suit their unique needs. Our goal has always been to help our customers implement data solutions that not only make their businesses more efficient, but more insightful and successful.
